I.— CONSIDERANT: que la representació de Palau impugna la resolució de 13 de març del 2015 en considerar que la indemnització en concepte de «pretium doloris» s’hauria d’haver fixat en 1.500 euros i no en els 1.200 euros de la resolució recorreguda, sense citar cap resolució que recolzi la seva pretensió.
Per contra, són moltes les resolucions dels Tribunals andorrans que recullen que un «pretium doloris» de 1/7 es valora en 1.200 euros (TC-104-6/12, TC-079/-2/12, TC-035-2/12, -107-4/12) i, per tant, la resolució recorreguda no incorre en cap error en la determinació de la indemnització per apartar-se dels criteris ordinàriament seguits pels òrgans judicials andorrans.
A més, els criteris judicials sobre la quantificació de les indemnitzacions són merament orientatius i no vinculants: correspon a l’òrgan judicial valorar en cada cas les circumstàncies concurrents. El recurs d’apel·lació, per tot el que s’ha exposat, ha de ser desestimat.
